• Question: Do you go to the pub?

      I do go to the pub to socialise with friends. It’s a common place for people to go to relax/unwind. I don’t drink alcohol though and never have.

      Yes, sometimes.
      I will often meet friends at the pub for a couple of drinks or some dinner and I enjoy sitting outside in the beer garden in summer with a glass of cider.
      It’s just one way that I relax and spend time with people who, like me, are quite busy during the week.

      Yes i go to the pub with some friends. It is good to have a break from my laboratory work and get some drinks.

      When I’m allowed 😂 I actually find that an awful lot of science is done at the pub, it is a place where scientists can meet, relax and talk through their work with each other, being in a relaxed atmosphere with no time pressures often helps to stimulate ideas that wouldn’t have occurred in the workplace.
