I wanted to be a crime scene investigator for a while, but its a very popular job thanks to CSI and hard to get into in the UK (or at least I found it hard to figure out a route in).
I’ve also toyed with the idea of being a teacher but I’m not sure I’d be any good at it.
I’ve looked at being a scenes-of-crime officer but changed my mind as I don’t think I would cope with some of the more harrowing crimes. I’m also interested in IT and have a lot of responsibility at work for software and reporting programs. I would probably do something related to that
all I want to do is research things and then help others to understand them – it defines who I am! I suppose if I had to do anything else I wouldn’t mind working in music studios again (i really enjoyed that) or if it paid better going back to bladesmithing. Problem is with two kids and a mortgage I can’t afford to take a pay cut – make sure you do everything you want while you’re young lol (i did)
